Location for Yorkshire Sculpture Park was very convenient. Easy walk to excellent local Italian restaurant. Modern, comfortable house which is tastefully decorated and on a lovely, safe modern estate.

Had to contact the company when we got there to obtain lock box code. Would have been useful to have received it within previous 24 hours. Nothing had been cleaned on our arrival. Beds not stripped from previous visitors and unmade and bins not emptied etc. This was addressed fairly quickly but was an unfortunate start to our trip. We were unable to work the hob even using the printed instructions or by using You tube. There was no clean j-cloth or tea towel in the kitchen or any kitchen towel. No place mats, so we put wine and serving dishes on extra plates to protect the table. A bulb was faulty in the bathroom which made it a bit gloomy.

We loved Leeds Castle! Our upgrade to the Maidens Tower made it even more special. This was definitely a highlight of our trip. Will definitely recommend this as a stopover to family and friends.

Good but would have liked more variety such as eggs benedict and fish, such as mackerel (Northumberland is a renowned seaside location).

Fan in bathroom not working - had to use towels on mirror in order to see. Extremely hot water through shower which took time to get the correct temperature due to control sensitivity.

Horrible stairs, The loft room is only suitable if you’re 3 feet tall. Constantly hit head walking around. The shower did not drain fast enough. By the time the hot water came through the shower tray was full of water.

Only fault I can say is the hotel is part of a venue so regular loud music outside and people screaming in excitement up and down the corridors. Also parking gets full and so does the street and corner parking during event times. I understand I was staying there during the wedding season, only down side i can think off tbh.
