The hospitality was fabulous. The staff were amazing and accommodating as the car park was very full - they allowed us to double park and leave our keys for them to move the car. Staff were interactive and made us feel at home. Breakfast was lovely and catered for gluten free.

The number of stairs - but that seems to be a very British thing. Need handrails in the bath to assist with getting in and out.

Been here so many times .. actually got engaged at Charlton house 13 years ago. Very sad to see the rapid decline since the new owners have taken over.

Been here so many times , didn’t realise it had changed hands .. wow what a huge decline in the whole place , the spa area firstly the corridors around spa were freezing , the robes are thin and so small , if you are bigger than a size 14 they are so tight , the jets in the main pool were freezing .. had to get out . Our room was dirty .. had faeces / vomit on the bed valance . Curtains half hanging down , very bare tired room . The hot water tap is so dangerous nearly burnt my partner it went instantly to boiling water . Had Breakfast delivered to our room , absolutely freezing cold .. feel so sad about this place how quickly standards had dropped . Will never return . Reported all the above with evidence and photographs to a senior member of staff we were offered 10% off our nxt stay if used within 6 months .. we politely declined. May I also add this was quite an expensive night due to us upgrading ourselves to the garden room and then paying for the spa facilities on top which we only actually spent four minutes using.

The location of Queens Hotel is in a really good location to the main part of Skegness. Staff are very helpful and was a very clean Hotel

It's not that I didn't like anything more of the fact that it wasn't for me. The room wasn't what I expected size wise. Would have liked something bigger. The bed wasn't for me kept feeling like I was going to fall out of the bed obviously with me and my partner being in the bed. Also a downside to it is that they don't have breakfast which would be a massive improvement. But overall it was good for a 1 night stay.
