The rooms were modern, clean and very comfortable. Plenty of staff downstairs, all helpful. The property is one street back from the main road so quiet and peaceful. The bar area downstairs is a good size, not too big or crowded, and offers good beer. And if you like a curry, which I do, have one of their Indian dishes. They will make to your taste requirements. My lamb was sensational.

WiFi occasionally dropped momentarily but only on rare occasions so was not an issue.

Very local to beach, town centre, restaurants, etc. Very clean. Very spacious. Great kitchen. Lounge/diner and main bedroom were large.

Couldn't smoke on balcony. No table and chairs on balcony so no point advertising it as it's not a usable space. Needs a coffee table and side tables in lounge (might just be a northern thing!). A lot of the blinds didn’t work. A bit more furniture and a picture or two would help a lot.

There was no light in the room and the floor for 3 nights.The walls are so thin so sleeping is impossible.The bar downstairs and the bars around very loud,drunk people in front of the window.There was no shampoo and hand soap.No trash bin. requested prior to booking an ironing table but on arrival they didn’t had.The staff lied to me that they will give me 2 nights refund because there was no light but after month I still wait for it and they don’t reply to my messages. They have phone number here but doesn’t work.There is no email.
