The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We are so pleased we chose a sea view. The menu was extensive and the food was prepared to a very high standard. Above all, the staff were so efficient, courteous and welcoming. It all made for a most relaxing and pleasant holiday.

The road past the hotel was a little noisy at times, but this was a minor issue that the hotel has no control over and did not detract from all that was good about this hotel.

Excellent location, close to local amenities and the view was to die for-peaceful and the noise of the sea/waves was just what we wanted. Hosts were excellent-attentive, whilst keeping their distance. When we return we will definitely return to this property. 10 out of 10

The hotel was central to everything in London. Near large train and bus terminals. It had a subway underneath, bus stop out front. Happy hour every night

Great little pod; good WiFi and Smart TV, perfectly functional kitchen and shower, and comfortable bedding and lounge/living area.

The hosts were not facilitating or welcoming. In fact, they were non-existent. Having contacted them a week prior to arrival and then 2 days prior to arrival (via booking.com) requesting assistance on which specific turning I should be taking to locate the property - on both occasions they simply ignored my query and resent me the generic welcoming email. One comment even mentioned the hosts being so lovely as to provide eggs and bread for their stay - for us, we couldn’t even get them to speak to us and answer our query. Bless my lucky stars I found the place. Had I not, the hosts would have been of no help.

Beautiful hotel, ideally situated in the city centre. I loved the classic feel of both the hotel and my room. I plan on returning.

The lass who checked me in was extremely helpful. The room was clean and the air con helped me sleep so well.

While the staff were working hard for breakfast I had a tight timetable attending conference; some of the breakfast food took too long to come out and I ended up starting the day with a piece of toast and a side of disappointment.

Went for breakfast and put our cooked breakfast order in behind the bar . Sat down at 9 didn’t get our breakfast until 10.20. Other customers that arrived after us got fed before us . My hubby complained. And it turned out our order never got put through to the kitchen. Also no milk , no water and 1 slice of bread in the basket. Very disappointed. After the amount we paid. I think the walk in people got served better than the hotel guests . Big let down
