The hotel was in a very good location, particularly as the purpose of our visit was to go to the living museum. It was nice to walk to the nearby bar and the huge shopping centre. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We had a lovely welcome from the receptionist on arrival and my husband received a birthday card and a voucher for a free drink in the hotel. We upgraded our room which cost £50, as this included breakfast for both days it was worth it. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi and found that the pool and changing area was very clean.

These are not real gripes and didn't spoil our stay at all but just a couple of things... We upgraded our room and this included a fridge with 'snacks' ..2 bottles of water and 1 Mars bar, between us! We didn't eat it.... The room could do with a little tlc, just looked a little tired with chipped paint, wood and radiator. Also would have preferred a walk in shower rather than bath.

We didnt have breakfast but loved the location felt so safe Staff couldnt have been nicer. Room was small but you would expect that in London Really clean and bathroom was beautiful. Fab shower. Even got an umbrella to go out Saturday night cause it was very raining! Exceptional service

Room was small (not much space around the bed). Bathroom so small you had to keep the sliding door open to towel yourself! Tv was a bit small and high up, and aerial lead was broken. Instant coffee at breakfast

Disabled room but next to corridor door so to get out through the door we had to get in the corridor first but then people coming through corridor door had to until we had closed our room door so we could get out of the way for them to get by, very awkward especially for someone disabled . The room was also next to the front entrance and people came and stood outside the window for a cigarette , plant pot full of cigarette ends under the window (room 22) made us feel a bit uncomfortable

Bought pizza to cook after we came back at night however the oven had been on for 30 mins , oven still cold!! The fan and the light worked in the oven but no heat 🙄, also the wall lights were flickering.
