  Location was good. Disappointed in the breakfast. We thought we had breakfast included. We were informed we hadn’t. We asked if we could pay for coffee and a muffin or toast and we’re abruptly told no. We could buy coffee. Did not find this location friendly.

  What a beautifully decorated quaint hotel. Loved the decor and room so incredibly comfortable. Loved the free cake and coffee facilities. The stand alone bath was superb! Near a botanical garden. Staff are so friendly and nice. Can’t wait to return!

  Nice big spacious living room, good WiFi and enjoyed the Netflix. Very grateful for the parking on site as spaces around the area are at a premium. Lovely view of the castle lit up at night from the window

  Nothing major I didn’t like, though not having a lock on the bathroom door might be an issue for some. The main street outside was a bit noisy during the evening/night with emergency services going up and down (might of been busier than usual the nights I stayed plus I am a light sleeper)

  Everything about this hotel is just spot on, the service went above and beyond and the location is excellent.

  I honestly haven't got a single downside about the hotel. Some of the standard rooms have windows backing on to the building next door, so it's worth getting a superior room.
