Lovely couple running the B&B, really warm welcome when arrived. Parked right in front of the property. Room was big, bright, clean & fabulous view. Breakfast room plenty of seating, lovely quirky signs & the best set up with tea, coffee, juices, any sort of specialist teas. The breakfast choice was exceptional so many things to have. Will stay again without hesitation. Was 5 minutes walk away from a great micro pub and a fantastic Sardinian/Italian restaurant. Had a great walk along the seafront with fantastic views along the bay. Tram stop right across the road Bispham which is minutes into Blackpool.

Breakfast was great. Friendly staff. Food was good. Lovely room to eat in. We were part of a large group and the facilities over the 3 nights were great as were the staff and the food. The weather helped as good use was made of the excellent garden. Good range of drinks on offer at the bar.

Our room while large and spacious, had a creaky bed and every time I turned over, the bed made a loud noise. Some may think it characterful, but it was a bit of a nuisance. Also the bathroom had an ill fitting toilet seat that didn't match the shape of the toilet, so quite a lot of the porcelain rim was exposed. Not ideal for a female to sit on the toilet touching the toilet rim where a male may have splashed having a pee.

Lovely pub, perfect location, friendly and welcoming staff (although I don't like being called "my lovely"!). Dog friendly but with a dog-free area that was much appreciated.

I booked this hotel at short notice and was happy with the facilities and comfort. Breakfast was very good. Located very close to the railway station.

During booking of Premium High balcony room, process i messaged the hotel asking if they could ensure my booking was for the corner room with 2 walls of windows. The hotel said i have a premium refurbished balcony room with lots of windows, but I could change if i wanted to. But the operative said personally, the one i have is nicer. So i said okay, keep as is. The room i was given was on the 2nd floor, well below the high corner room, which I could look up to, from my room. The balcony was a very small square, which was right next to the communal terrace, people sat drinking and chatting there could look straight into our room as there was only a waist high railing separating us. So, there was no peace and quiet to sit on the balcony, and not the large wall of windows that was mentioned. As for newly refurbished, the carpet was quite marked and stained., Not impressed!

A Travelodge in disguise. The first room I was given was filthy with stained carpet and the bed was broken. The Reception staff did not like me asking for another room and gave me one begrudgingly. The second room I was given was no better. The air conditioning and part of the lighting was not working. The room condition was no better. Not an enjoyable stay at all.
