Everything was absolutely lovely in the apartment. Denise even called us on the day of arrival to explain two items such as scaffolding on the building which was blocking the view slightly. But thankfully it was removed while we were there and we got to enjoy the full view. Very comfortable apartment that had everything we needed, even some colouring pages for our daughter. Great location where everything is within walking distance.

There are a few bars/restaurants right outside which added to noise at night especially if the windows are open. But the windows keep the noise out when shut very well. Ear plugs were provided. The booking says parking is included but it is very limited. Thankfully someone was leaving soon after we arrived and we were able to park right outfront for our entire stay.

Compact room but spotless. Great value for money. Although we didn't use it, it's great to have the option of early check in/late check out.Would def recommend.

The only downside is the fact it is located at the bottom of a steep hill which leads you to town centre. Could be a struggle with anyone with mobility issues. The bed in the room was very firm which I didn't like but my husband did but that's just personal preference

Location was great. It was l what I expected of a B&B for the price we paid. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was quite old and smelt damp. We had Sunday lunch which was mediocre at best and not good value for money, breakfast was better.

There was nothing more I would want.staff wonderful ,friendly even on busy morning breakfast.lovely bedroom.we were at the front of the hotel so we could watch the world go by.free bus pass so we could anywhere we wanted.

5 day stay and no room service , loo paper, bins emptied etc power points in very bad places, none for kettle, complicated system to get room key.
