The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Handy location about 20mins walk from the city centre. Ample parking at a reasonable price compared to other Cardiff hotels. Sympathetically modified old warehouse. Decent restaurant good breakfast. Large comfortable room.

Getting a bit frayed round the edges. Advertised price was laughable, but a good deal booking online

The hotel was modern and cozy at the same time. And the staff were beyond hospitable. I’ll definitely book again soon.

We really liked the location, the apartment is very nice. as well as a very attractive price.

the cleanliness of the apartment was grade 6, they said there would be 1 key in the key box when we arrived, but that key was not there, as a consequence, we could not lock the apartment during our stay, which did not give us security. We weren't given a Fob, so we had to depend on other residents to enter the building, or on the goodwill of the doormen who didn't show much interest in helping. Communication with the host was horrible, in addition to being slow, he gave us wrong information and even false information, like when he gave us a false code to enter the building, or when he said that the available Wi-Fi network was “Piccadilly Circus, when in fact it wasn't. we had to discover this information on our own. In short, the apartment is good but the host leaves you to your own devices and doesn't solve your problems and in the end he stops answering you

The breakfast was fabulous. It was only surpassed by the wonderful service we were given.

Close to airport, quiet room, lot of electric plugs for appliances.

Staff tries to scam guests by offering ”restaurant voucher”. However, this voucher has 0 eur value and only ”guarantees a table” in a quite empty restaurant. Many people will fall to this scam. For me the staff was so excited to offer this ”voucher” that they forgot(?) to give me my breakfast coupon.

Where to start. Arrived at 15-00pm to find flat was freezing cold because windows were wide open although it clearly states do not open! No tv in room was noted but we assumed it must be out for repair and as we were not there to watch tv and don’t like to complain we didn’t mention it. Room was ok eventually managed to get radiator to work despite a lack of instructions. Went out to meet family and returned to flat to relax before parents arrived next day for a family weekend. Bed not very comfortable but was clean. When we left on Sunday we went out for brunch before setting off for home. When getting ready to leave restaurant got a text from supervisor to say that the tv was missing from room and we had 10 mins to return to apartment or they would seek legal enforcement. Rang the supervisor to advise tv had not been present when we arrived to be told that we must have taken it, so my dad and I headed down to have a face to face conversation leaving my mum who had paid for all rooms, my girlfriend and my sister at the restaurant. They came to us a little later as we had to contact the police because the supervisor didn’t as he said he reports to booking.com We tried to speak with supervisor to explain the situation and whilst we understood he had a job to do couldn’t see why when he said they had cctv he wasn’t prepared to check it to see if it would exonerate us. But then realised that this is all immaterial as you have to pay £150.00 by bank transfer to JUPS Ltd the day prior to your before stay, this is not stated prior to booking with booking.com. So they can say anything is missing or broken and it seems by looking at google reviews and Tripadvisor that they do exactly that to a lot of their guests. Mum was told she was lucky she booked the rooms under different family member names as they would have kept the £150 for her room as well if not.
