We had arrived by car and there was a large drop off area in front of the hotel where you could park while checking in and taking your bags to the room. There was a carpark building across the road and the hotel gave us a 50% discount on the daily rate. Friendly welcome from staff. We had a standard king room, not large but comfortable, overlooking the river with views to the Titanic Museum. Great restaurant, also overlooking the river, with an excellent breakfast. We also enjoyed an excellent dinner. Location was fantastic with a 20 minute walk to Titanic, where there was also a Hop on Hop off Bus stop. And the centre of town was also only about a 20min walk.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Stayed in a small room but it had beautiful views, was clean and had everything we needed with a lovely comfy bed. We felt looked after by all the amazing and hardworking staff including the ‘awesome pawsome’ Conrad who made us laugh and beautiful Goisa who always had a smile no matter how busy she was. The food was amazing and the bar and lounges were comfy areas to relax and have a drink.

The flat was large clean and nicely decorated inside. The bathrooms were well appointed with enough towels. The kitchen was modern and well equipped.

The property was not as advertised when I booked. It was advertised as 3 bedrooms. It had 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the sitting room, but the sitting room could not be used as a bedroom as the large sky light pod had no blind, and light streamed in from 5 o’clock in the morning. This was not what I wanted as we were 3 individual adults needing separate rooms. The bed in the middle bedroom was very uncomfortable, as it seemed to be broken underneath. The entrance from the street door through the courtyard to the door of the flat was a disgrace, with rubbish and broken furniture strewn about. The front entrance door letter cage was also full of rubbish and food wrappers. This was a very unpleasant experience going to and from the flat.
