The email with instructions was sent only a couple hours before our arrival, since we were travelling we were unprepared for how to check in. Thankfully there was an owner on site. The room we were in had no plug in by a mirror to use a hair dryer or a flat iron. There was an extremely large mirror up against the wall but no plug was accessible. Our room faced the parking lot. The window blind and drapes are both black out which made the room dark. It was hot in the room so we had the windows and blind open for air to circulate. People coming in to the property to see directly into our room. It would be nice if either the blinds or drapes would allow some privacy with light and air being able to get through.

The receptionist, the one with red hair, I think her name is Sienna? I’ve always paid for the room on my check out with my expenses from the bar and restaurant on top of the room rates! I said to this woman that I would have my dinner and after shower I would sort out all of the payments! We went upstairs after dinner, I had a shower and past out because I work night shifts sometimes as I’m a doctor! That woman started to call the room after 10pm insistently and waking us up saying that I HAD to sort out the payment asap. I’ve asked to do it in the morning on my check out but she wasn’t satisfied and kept calling and calling the room! So I gave her my card details over the phone and guess what?! She was thick enough to not read the numbers properly from my room and she was calling the room AGAIN and AGAIN and asked me to my daughter to go downstairs and make the payment so my daughter did! She’s went downstairs and? VOILA!! Payment done ☑️ I had the worst experience ever this time!!! 72 hours non sleeping and when I finally fall asleep I was disturbed/ harassed by that receptionist! I will never stay at the Hilton at the Birmingham Airport again!!!!
