The hotel is very clean! The wall panelling is true to the style of the hotel. Hot water was hot with a great flow rate. Breakfast was really good. Staff very friendly and attentive.

The bathroom was cramped especially the toilet which was obstructive on both sides. The rooms are slightly small but fine for a solo traveller. .

The lift was unavailable which was not ideal for the 100 plus people in my group. A small message on the lift door was not ideal.

Expensive for not a lot extra than premier inn apart from the spa. Kids allowed in the spa so NOT relaxing at all. No limits on how many kids in so pool was unuseable. Jucassi was the same. Was going to pay for a treatment the next day, took one look inside, full of kids, have booked in a spa at home. Would have preferred to stay at premier inn and paid for a day spa. Food/drink expensive and not the best choice so paid for uber to eat elsewhere. This choice was made by other people who we spoke to who had eaten in the restaurant and said it was o....k. To top it off we were woken saturday and sunday morning at 6.30 by the drunk people downstairs talking loudly outside. Not the restful child free weekend we had hoped for.
