My mum and I stayed with Nigel and Jane for 2 nights. We only wish we could have stayed longer. The property is beautiful, the room was spotless and every detail taken care of. Super comfy beds and amazing shower!! Jane's breakfasts were a delight, made with so much love and quality, and we loved being entertained by Nigel's stories and information each morning. We had 5 weeks of bed and breakfast properties and Pontyclerc Farm was by far the best. Next time we will stay much longer. Lovely memories! Loved making friends with Rosie and Jasmine, the donkeys!

Nothing - everything was perfect.

Lovely host Linda made us both feel very welcome. Lovely room, very comfortable bed and very quiet at night which was a bonus! Nice views over garden. It was my fiance's birthday & Linda put a surprise cake in our room for him on our return a very nice gesture! There was tea/coffee available in the room and downstairs Linda had left pastries and other bits for breakfast which was very nice of her as this was an extra she put on for her guests. We wouldn't hesitate in staying at the Gables when returning to Hunstanton!

Impeccable. Well presented, gardens are gorgeous, duck pond is beautiful, hotel itself is very clean and interior is gorgeous. The whole stay was more than comfortable, hospitable and very relaxing. Our room was incredible with amazing views and a huge bed with blackout blinds. The food was delicious for dinner and breakfast and the staff so welcoming and attentive.

The location of the hotel is very good - right on the seafront opposite the Palace Pier. The room was clean and had bay windows with a sea view. Tea and coffee, and basic toiletries were provided in the room.

It would be good to have the wifi password in the rooms.

The location is perfect. Artie was very easy to get in touch with and check in was smooth and easy.

Overall the flat was what we needed, but some things could've been better such as only providing 1 towel per guest, and there were some minor maintenance issues around the house (eg. the main bedroom door didn't close/open without force)

Clean and comfortable. Very quiet despite being on motorway services site.

Room was not serviced on our 2 night stay. Was not told at check in that we had to request it. Never experienced that at a hotel before. Reported hand-wash dispenser leaking, not attended to, consequently it made a mess!

Location Breakfast ok.

No one appeared to be able to make a decision. No duty manager over the 2 days. Issue with billing. Promised email contact with a decision maker. Still waiting 4 days on. Location seems to attract some strange ongoings by non residents. Stair wells appear to be used as laundry shoots. Fire doors not released at night.
