Nice hotel. Nothing near by, so once you're in, you're in but has good food at the bar/restaurant, so I would definitely recommend for a one night stay. Really great value in comparison to those closer to the airport and the mini bus service, for £5 (compared to an airport cab, which was £23 one way, for a 10 min journey !!) was excellent. Also, when you are in your room, you would never know you were so close an airport. Excellent glazing. The standard double room is a nice size to, with great storage

Toilet seat in the room was broken, it wouldn't stay up. Was reported to reception and they offered to move me, which was great service....so not a negative really.... Fridge in the room was very noisy A chicken sandwich at the Grab and Go, wrapped in cling film was £7!!

It was perfect for the few days we were visiting my brother. We had a partial sea view which was a treat to wake up to, a 5 minute down hill walk to a large beautiful beach, where one of our favourite beach restaurants is located, and a beautiful scenic walk into St Ives.

There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like about the apartment. It was small, but perfectly adequate, clean, and well equipped for two people. I would say, if you find ‘up hill’ walking a struggle, i think one would find the location a challenge, f not using a car, however, we thoroughly enjoyed our up hill walking, particularly after our evening meal!

Excellent hotel for the price. Very clean and comfortable. A good well served breakfast. Added bonus of being able to park right outside front door. Anna the host did everything she could to make the stay a success. Would be my first choice next time in St. Annes..

Nothing to dislike.

Great location at Hyde park, close to an underground station, but also walking distance from the city centre. Nice and helpfull staff, comfortable beds. Fine value for money. Not too expensive for London.

Our twin standard room had a peculiar design in the bathroom. There was a bath in which you also had to shower, but the wall was sticking out at the top so that you bump your head easily. Uncomfortable for us as smaller people (1.64m) most likely impossible for taller people. Also the toilet didn't work properly, it had issues flushing, we had to get someone to fix it twice over a 4 night stay.

Staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be.

Very noisy ventilation, drowned out all four channels on the TV and made it impossible to sleep. Staff offered earplugs but didn't bring them and it was too noisy anyway.

Breakfast was better the previous year as it was served and ordered from your table, this year was a buffet served by the staff portions were tight and most items were dried out so will probably not go for it again
