  The person at the reception was nice and helpful, However the young in the afternoon when we complained about our broken window as rude and basically had bad attitude and didn't care. He just said unfortunately your having a bad day so live with it. Me and my wife were shocked with his attitude. Unbelievable to imply it was out bad luck we got a room with problems..

  Breakfast was Basic and there was mouldy strawberries in a plastic container on the breakfast bar..... We didn't eat too much at breakfast and chose to get some outside even though it was included in our stay. The person at the reception was nice and helpful, However the young in the afternoon when we complained about our broken window as rude and basically had bad attitude and didn't care. He just said unfortunately your having a bad day so live with it. Me and my wife were shocked with his attitude. Unbelievable to imply it was out bad luck we got a room with problems.

  Although the Hotel looks dated and in need of some proper makeover, the essentials are good, the rooms are okay, and the windows are without handles. the breakfast was good apart from the fried eggs, the coffee needs to be better most probably using some cheap coffee. Overall is good considering the hotel is very near to canary wharf Station (Jubilee Line)

  Great welcome & escorted to room. Spotlessly clean and well appointed. Good choices for both dinner and breakfast and cooked to order. Booking a time for breakfast made service focussed and there was time to engage with the very friendly staff. Check out very smooth. A beautiful place to stay overnight or to make a base for touring the area.

  The property is situated up a drive off a lane and is very quiet with a large car park. The hotel is very pet friendly, we have 3 dogs, and they can eat with us at breakfast. The staff are very friendly too and nothing is too much trouble. Great location being appx 20 minutes from the coast and mountains.

  The area was nice, with trendy bars and an interesting museum.

  The flat felt cheap, with flimsy furnishings and a thin mattress. The door to the cupboard was broken when we got there, and was literally a mirror pane with no backing at all! (picture). The room was much smaller than the one pictured. Worst of all, they required a 100 fee for 'security deposit' which was not well described beforehand and was only refunded after multiple weeks of emails and contacting booking.com as well. I would not recommend this company at all.
