  Liked everything, Josie is a fantastic host and nothing is too much trouble, the rooms are tastefully done, comfy beds, hot showers, plenty of tea and coffee in your room. Breakfast is plentyful and filling. We wouldn't stop anywhere else in Blackpool.

  Location, courtyard area, feel of the place. Bedroom on ground floor. Clean room. Dog friendly. Great breakfast. Excellent serving staff in bar and at breakfast. Check out 11am. Disability parking near room. Responsive when contacted about booking.

  Room was excessively hot (had to put fan on all night). Staff stood outside kitchen back door late at night talking loudly (and swearing!) and very early in morning could hear a radio from kitchen. Restaurant on first floor.
