Positive section of review
The location is central. Across the street you have a supermarket and before you reach the hotel you find some pub's/ restaurant's. The room was clean and simple but they provide a mini-bar with water, juice, spirits. You have also coffe and tea available in the room. Clean towels, iron and iron board. At the hotel entrance is a very nice restaurant when you can enjoy a nice breakfast which is verry good. Coffe is good as weel. Reception staff is friendly and ready to help which is bringing a plus to the hotel.

Improve the quality of the furniture (better matress) and few decorations in the room to look more friendly.

The hotel had an amazing view of the lake, a 5 minute drive from the nearest village which was full of places to see, restaurants and shops. the roads and the views were simply amazing. Breakfast was made to order fresh. The rooms clean, tidy and lots of facilities. Couldn't have asked for anything more would defiantly stay again. If anything i would have expected to pay more to stay somewhere as nice as this.

Lovely location, staff lovely. The lift is still not working which is hard when on the forth floor. Our room was great except every time you walked on floor the loud creaking noise was terrible, it must have woke up everyone on the floors below, very annoying. Not sure what could be done to fix this. Think lift being fixed should be priority??

Very friendly service. Room looked newly decorated and refurbished. Clean bedding and bathroom. A bit of the noise from next door and air conditioning unit but overall really good value for money and polite staff.

The location of the site was fantastic, a quiet, peaceful place with so much nature everywhere. The scenery was beautiful and the highland cows were the icing on the cake.

Location next to the train station is great for one night. Beds very comfortable, staff very friendly.

Absolutely no soundproofing between walls. Construction taking place behind the hotel and inevitably is a bit of an eyesore. Unfortunately when we booked the room we weren’t made aware of the building work happening.
