The room is very clean and the staff work hard to satisfy your needs. The breakfast buffet is great and certainly a good option. The gym is very well-equipped.

The executive room was fairly small and seemed to have been designed for just one person. It makes sense if they have designed it for business travellers but I don't know why they have the super king bed in that room. There is hardly any space to store your clothing and get organised. We had asked for a quiet room and the staff were correct that the room didn't get any noise from street. However, the room is right across the elevator and you have the elevator's non-stop noise in the room. Additionally, you hear people getting on and off the elevator during the night.

Once at the hotel everything was perfect and so convenient for our early flight. They served a continental breakfast from 4am which was most helpful.

Hotel and room was lovely. The bed was really bad. It was two single beds together that were different heights and one mattress was completely sunken and soft and you could feel what was holding the beds together meaning my partner and myself could not sleep next to one another unless on one side of the bed. Wasn’t comfortable at all and the whole bed needs to be changed.

The bed was dirty, I've found a lot of hair on the linen, also the pillows seemed to be used. The floor was dirty, the room smelled bad. I couldn't close the window, so I could here the noise of the street. The mattress was too soft, maybe the springs were broken.
