Positive section of review
The kitchen was well equipped ie microwave, electric oven, toaster and washing machine. The shower was very powerful and water hot. The host also provided, shampoo and conditioner. The WiFi was supported by Plusnet and all the usual streaming channels available on the TV. The apartment is ideally situated for central Whitby. There is a good pub and restaurant right on the corner, literally a minute away.

Although it is well advertised that the property is reached via stairs, the access stairs in the hallway do not have bannisters so it is a little tricky managing cases and bags. There are more steps once inside the apartment and the main bedroom is accessed via a steep staircase though the handrails are very adequate. The window blinds were a little problematic in the 2nd bedroom, likewise the skylight blinds in the main bedroom could only be accessible to tall people!

Check in was clear and easy. The hosts were always available and checked if everything met our expectations. Even if the room was ready earlier, they called us and gave us information. The rooms were clean and cozy and the apartment was spacious. There was an elevator in the building and we could easily get to the upper floor with our suitcases. Overall, very pleasant apartment and stay in London.

Staff were friendly, room was clean and comfy and the Continental breakfast was very nice. Was a great location for the Royal Albert Hall and Hyde Park and not far to the Underground station.
