The location and the price are great! The rooms are very modern and it covers the basics you need (bed and bathroom) if you're spending all day out exploring. The staff were very professional and helping as there was a mishap with our room not being prepared on time for us, but they made every effort to make it up to us.

Even though the price is affordable and hotel looks nice, some amenities (such as hair dryer and luggage storage) are being charged extra and it's quite pricey. The hotel corridors are not clean (full of debris and small junk on the floor) and there was a bit of it in our room as well when we checked in.

Very good location, absolutelly nice and clean property, the beds are comfortable, quiet zone, kitchen facilities, staffs are really awesome. The balcony view is fabulous. I got early check in and late check out without any extra fees that was very helful for me. Obviously I recomend this property.

The breakfast was really good and well worth the price. The room was as expected for the price we were paying. One major thing that we liked was the size of the bath towels as they were really big, my husband usually finds that the towels supplied barely cover him but these were more than enough!

I was a little concerned about the non-contact reception as I did wonder whether what would happen if we encountered a problem, thankfully we didn't but there are phone numbers to contact staff members. Still not sure I am entirely happy with this situation but it did not cause us a problem during our stay.

the room was perfect, just what you need for a little trip! we stayed for 1 night to watch nickelback at the ovo and it was a lovely room, good size too. could walk past each other without knocking arms. we’ve stayed in a few ibis hotels, they are all great.

i personally love a fan in the room! the machine above the door did blow out cold air, but only if the room was above 21° which is way too hot for me personally. we opened the window, but due to the safety latch it only opens a bit, so the room was really really hot. there’s also lots of roadworks going on which woke us up quite early, but we were only there for 1 night so it was okay

The room that myself and my husband were in (room 4) was at the back. The room was quite small but the worse bit was that the fans from the kitchens were right outside our window which made it impossible to have our windows open and it was very warm. We had to have a fan on all night. When I mentioned it I was told "it is only when we.e are doing service ". This was not the case as it was still very smelly when they turned the fans off. No-one likes to have cooking smells while they try to sleep. I certainly would not go back to this hotel. Very disappointing as we have stayed there before and was happy.
