I cant really put into words what a lovely place this was and how lucky we were to experience it. The property was so lovely, the room was amazing - home made shortbread, soft furnishings, little touches in the bathroom. View from the front and side windows of our room were breath-taking - making us not want to even leave our room. Best of all was the breakfast - we tried something different every day - the home made scotch pancakes were fabulous! we would come back in a heartbeat.

Pictures do not do this little gem justice ,the pod is perfect with a lovely comfotable bed and your own little eco toilet situated just at the side .The view from the seating area is absolutely serene and the sounds from all the animals is just beautiful. Also a big thanks to David from the farm who kindly brought us a flask of coffe in the morning❤️will always return the this little slice of heaven.

The best hospitality I have experienced in a long time. I arrived 2 hours early asking to store my bags and was welcomed with a free room upgrade and early check in, complimentary wine and chocolate. Superb hospitality. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Room a bit cosy but as a solo traveller this wasn't an issue Location is fantastic and the price was great. 100% returning.

sea view room with loads of extra touches that made it worth the extra money compared to other rooms within the hotel or nearby hotels. Mini fridge with complimentary bottled water, and milk, plus tassimo hot drinks machine, kettle, good Quality toiletries, Ironing board, robes, slippers, 42 inch Freeview TV a 2 person seating area and binoculars..

Great location with easy on street parking. The apartment had everything you could possibly need with beautiful decor and was exceptionally clean. We thank you for a wonderful one night stay in Whitby, definitely will return.

We stayed overnight prior to joining a cruise. The room was ideal for one night. The hotel was just 10 minutes from the port by taxi. The staff were friendly, efficient and welcoming,

It is a shame, but not the hotel’s fault, that it is such a complicated walk from the station, even though it is not far.
