This is not 5star hotel, but the location is excellent, well-connected and easy to get around. The room was clean and correct, meeting all my expectations. The staff was friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. Additionally, the price-value ratio is fantastic, making it a superb choice for travelers looking for good accommodation without breaking the bank. Highly recommended!

The location was awesome. The cottages were a perfect place to be with family. Hot tubs literally took my heart away. It was simply an awesome place to be. I'll definitely recommend to every single person travelling to Scotland. And maybe if i visit Scotland again I'll book in the same place

We had a great stay in this spacious apartment, even with children. There was plenty of space for everyone. The reception and accommodation team were very helpful and responded promptly to every request. I highly recommend it 100%!

My Wife and myself was invited to celebrate a wedding in the area and Railway Terrace was a perfect place to stay a Fabulous Cottage very clean and spacious with all the home comforts. Lovely place to stay.

The position, as an easy walk to Llangollen town centre, staff were very customer friendly and countryside views are lovely. Spa facilities were great.

£25 price for parking your car Unhelpful staff They seemed to be amused and distainful when we returned to the reception multiple times while trying to find our room, having been directed by them previously to a fall that was nothing but a building site due to renovations goings on in half of the hotel. We failed to find our room following their instructions and had to rely on other guests. But the staff found it quite amusing. We then discover while in the bar that the hotel accommodates homeless people. One of whom in life was the particular was drunk out of her mind and stood in the centre of the lounge repeatedly arguing and shouting at guests and staff and security personnel alike nothing was done to remove this person and wecwere left to indure it until the bar was closed. It was quite simply the most poorly run hotel we have ever stayed at with staff that simply didn't seem to care. This opinion is based on the 1 night stay in may 2024. We highly recommend staying elsewhere
