Loved the common areas like the lounges but bedrooms poor and overpriced. No attention to detail . Scruffy paintwork . Not reflective of website pictures in my opinion . Very disappointed.

Quaint accommodation with modern facilities. Cutting the grass to make a pathway to the woodland and river is a lovely touch. Good quality produce for breakfast.

Fantastic property, modern and spacious with loads of character. We were visiting Cadwell Park for a trackday and it was a good location not far from Louth.

Location is fabulous and the price is great. The staff were also very nice and helpful and let me work in the lobby after check out before I had to leave.

I had two bookings on this trip as my plans changed so I rebooked after checking out. This meant I had two different rooms. I found both very humid but the window wouldn’t open in my original room meaning it became stifling. My second room was very dark and had no mirror other than the bathroom (which had awful light). This made it difficult to dry my hair or go my make up, Also, the first room I was in looked out on to the main road and was very noisy with traffic which made it difficult to sleep.

Can't think of anything perhaps a mirror on the wall opposite the walled entrance as leaving very difficult to see what is coming on your left hand side leaving the drive/car park

Reception do not answer the phone when you call down. Food is overpriced. Had to chase up housekeeping. Have to pay extra for the swimming pool if not using spa.
