The staff were exceptionally nice and very helpful. Soko and Abhy the guys in the hotel bar were really friendly and made you feel welcome. Operations manager Oksana was so helpful in helping us in the hotel as well as guiding us in the right direction when going out. Great staff and a credit to the hotel.

Beautiful apartment that was perfect for our night away. The place is so cosy and lovely and hosts were fab at communicating. After we checked out we had Breakfast at the Luca restaurant downstairs and that was really yummy too. We would definitely use Luca Apartment again in future trips to Liverpool!

Location was perfect. Easy to get to from both Euston and Waterloo mainline train stations. 5 minute walk to tune station. Central enough to be able to walk to several tourist attractions and areas. Plenty of nearby eateries and bars.

I love the vibe at breakfast time; the coffee is great. I traveled with my dad, and it's wonderful to have an lift. The staff are absolutely friendly, and the bed in the bedroom feels comfortable. I really love it.

The check-in process involves paperwork, but this is no big deal. I stayed for two nights, and on the second day, I came back to find out that our room had been cleaned without our permission. We didn't have a pad to hang on the door or anything like that.

We loved the size and decor of our room . The food was exceedingly good . Brett onenof the staff members was a great host very friendly and helpful. We liked the Yorkshire teabags and fresh milk In the room .

The towels weren't plush enough for a luxury room . Would be a nice touch to have a smart t.v to access Netflix e.t.c

Host was amazingly hospitable and the location is close to everything. Free parking, clean apartment with amazing beds and fitted with everything you might need during your stay! Quiet neighbourhood.

Google Maps shows the wrong location. The front door itself was quite tricky to find for the apartment number isn't found anywhere outside - the front entrance is on the northern end of Summer Croft, with entrances to 21-23 behind a single door. The area around Aston-Newtown itself can be a little "rough" around some parts, but this is more of a side note and is out of the host's hands.

I like the size of the room, the modern bathroom and the cleanliness. The property itself is so pretty and the grounds are really nice.

The staircase carpet leading up to the rooms was quite grubby. I give some grace as that path is also used by the pub/restaurant patrons however it is still a part of the overall cleanliness and aesthetic of the inn.

The room wasn’t very clean. The table hadn’t been cleaned as there were pasty crumbs on the seat and the table was very dusty. Check in staff didn’t have great communication and just give me the key without saying a word about what number or what direction the lift/stairs were
