The property looked just as good as the photographs and we loved the modern Zakopane-style interiors. A bonus was the Tatra mountains view from the mezzanine window! Everything was clean, modern, and felt safe. The host video-called us to guide us to the accomodation parking, as the road was closed due to upgrades, this was very kind. Although, it would have been useful to know about this detour in the pre-arrival message exchange beforehand.”

  Excellent breakfast options, appreciated details of gluten-free items on display (and a staff member checked for me), and the best selection of milk options we've experienced at a hotel (dairy, oat, soya). The selection of breakfast foods and the options for different diets exceeded expectations. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very useful to be able to have 3 adults to a room for a family group. Having iron and ironing board in room was also helpful (and much more convenient than having to go to reception to request them), because purpose of our visit was to attend a formal function and it meant we could iron clothing the night before.

  Were we staying longer, the amount of clothes hanging space might have felt a bit cramped; but we found it fine for a short stay. Liked the bathroom, but a couple more hooks in there for dressing gown/towels would be great.

  Location was excellent. Yet also its downfall. Room was massive, within 5 min walk to pretty much anywhere in town tourist wise. Very co.fy beds. Room made up every day. Good value for money. I would actually stay here again!

  Location is in the nightclub area of town we did read reveiws, took a gamble.. Music very loudly until 3am, on a bank holiday Sunday. Very rough area at night. Tramps everywhere. Room was massive, yet virtually empty, bathroom simply needed a ten minute "proper" clean.

  The property was beautiful and spacious. The shower was really nice and we felt right at home. There were shops and pubs within walking distance and contact with the host was easy through booking.com

  Theres a lot of stairs so be prepared and it can get warm in the top twin bed room but there was a very capable fan in the wardrobe that kept me cool all night. The only other thing is the chairs in the kitchen are Not suitable for chronic pain sufferers like myself but there are plenty of cushions to sit on and the rest of the house was super comfy.

  Room was confined with no working air conditioning. The shower was in a bath that was very high and hard to get into. The hall air smelt stale and the door to the lifts were sticky with god knows what. The lift didn’t work in the morning when we had heavy bags to take down. The first receptionist was rude and told us we had breakfast included which when we went to breakfast turned out not to be true. Staff were sad and at times defensive but it must be hard for them.
