We had a great stay at The Hedley Townhouse. The hotel is spotless, nicely decorated and the rooms are nice and comfortable. The owners are super friendly and caring for their guests. They put breakfast items in the tea room in the morning, which was very nice before starting the day exploring the area. The location is perfect, just a few steps from the beach in a quiet area with dining options around. It was a great experience all around and we would stay there again if coming back to Bournemouth!

I loved the balcony with lake view, breakfast, strawberry G and T and hydro pool. I also liked the dressing gown, slippers and refreshments in the room. The interior decor had a luxury feel with beautiful views. It was a very relaxing stay.

The tv remote didn’t work and had to get another one. There wasn’t a manual of hotel information in the the room although there was a QR code provided. I forgot my toothbrush, could have done with one provided in the bathroom. We thought the swimming pool/spa should have been included in the price, as in most hotels. Would have been nice to have an acoustic duo or something along those lines, in the bar for some evening entertainment.

Very friendly and helpful staff!! Good size room! Clean. Comfortable bed. Short walk (about 4 minutes) to the nearest tube station, Earl’s Court. This was my fourth stay; I will certainly come again.

A loud family with (screaming) children staying in the room opposite mine. This was my fourth stay at this hotel. I had the same problem on my second stay (different loud family with children, though…..). No idea why parents with young children book a hotel. Anyway, this has nothing to do with the quality of the hotel, which is good!

The location is great. The house is nice. The room was good. The man, who fixed the accidental power outage caused by another guest, was there instantly and extremely helpful.

The staff was online only. I can see that some people might like that but we struggled with it. A couple of times it was hard to actually get ahold of an actual person. Response could take up to several hours. I didn't realise parking would be down the street, on the street, if you can find space. The walls are thin so you constantly hear the other guests, so hopefully you aren't a light sleeper like me.

Location was perfect for our needs , visiting area for dentistry work , having moved to Norfolk we now use ibis for our overnight stays
