My boyfriend and I were very welcome by the lady named Jennifer at the reception with a big smile and chatting for a few mins. The room was absolutely beautiful, clean, big. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely. Great location for shops and hiking, too. The breakfast was very delicious and there were different options to choose from. We will definitely return back in the future.

It's very hot in the room. So we turn off the radiators. They still had winter duvet on the bed, which was very hot to sleep in, so we slept out of the bed for 2 nights. The shower water temperature was confusing to get it right after sending 5 mins to get the correct water temperature. We were in room 208, and the door was hard to close it so we had to slame it but also try not to slame it too hard in the morning while others are still sleeping. Wish it had some fruits like bananas, etc

Bike access and security is wonderful. Dave, the owner, is fantastic as are all his staff (well, at least those we met)! The food is way, way, way above what you'd normally expect. Highly recommended - particularly if you are a biker.

I really cannot think of anything. The hotel, bar, restaurant and staff all exceeded my expectations. A few of my friends had stayed before and their ravings about the place were more than met.

For the room price you’d expect biscuits on the tea tray , we asked in the evening and they arrived at 6:15 am the next morning! An old expected wake up call.

car was broken into on first night of stay in hotel car park and when i spoke to staff about the issue they seemed quite rude and not phased by this and the answer i got was “this is london” without a apology or concern shown.
