Breakfast was lovely and eating surrounded by Georgian architecture and art deco art was lovely. I don't want to create controversy but the poached eggs were lovely lol.

There was a staff member called Donna who was amazing and helpful and respectful towards me, and a man who worked alongside her was also very helpful

I arrived, and I was put on top of the floor with a baby no lifts There was no bath in the room when I booked, and it had a bath and beautiful grounds to explore, there were no beautiful grounds at all, an overgrown forecourt is all I seen from my window, they moved mw to a new room on second floor so I capuld bath my son however the bedding was dirty I have photos of this, I asked why cleaner wasn't in to give fresh towels and I was told they come in every other day tea and coffee in.ropm wasn't replenished either I was left with my room service dishes the whole stay as there was no cleaning being done, and every single time I left my room the key card isn't work so had to run up and down stairs to complain to receive new key cards with a baby, the experience wasn't great spent ally time out hotel as the other people staying were rolling there eyes and making comments because my soon was crying due to teathing, breakfast was shocking cooked breakfast was the worst I had ans it was what I looked forward to the most continental breakfast was good it's definitely not a child friendly hotel at all Donna was an amazing staff member however the rest of them need to stay off there phones and not be so ignorant I have a video of one member of staff laughing at my complaints too very rude people pay good money for a break and mine was a disaster

Breakfast was very good indeed. Location excellent too especially as we'd seen a show earlier at The New Theatre. (Practically next door)

The ONLY thing I didn't like was the dim lighting at breakfast BUT that's because I have an eye disease (Retinitis Pigmentoss) so no one's at fault there.

We had one of three bungalows, and it was ideal for the 3 of us. The location to get to the Outlaws event was fantastic

This is described as Luxury (Poor description) Overdue a spring clean, food just under the bed and skirting boards thick with dust. Stained upholstery on the chairs (i doubt it was milk). The sheets were clean, but past their life with yellowed stains. With a little more care and attention to basics it could be a really nice place. This property is on parr with most that are priced £70 mark, The view is selling it and the owners have no care. Boooking. com should be reviewing this property.

Boiler took a while to get working no hot water first day when we had baths the waste pipe blocked or cracked so when emptied bath water all over patio a few of towels on bed upstairs dirty with stains on and front room upstairs has damp over wall so no one could sleep in it the telly didn't work properly but that not a problem for us all and garden could do with tidying up it all over grown .
