Clean crisp sheets and towels. Comfy beds! Lovely breakfast; kids loved it so much :) It is incredible value for the location and it is a 2 star hotel so I didn’t expect any more than what we got! We were just thankful after a long day to have clean comfortable beds for the night. Breakfast: Croissants, Brioche rolls, white rolls, yoghurt, orange juice, breakfast bars, chocolate rolls, marmalade, butter, tea/coffee etc available in room.

The room and facilities were of a high standard. It looked freshly decorated, was spotlessly clean and the attention to detail was obvious. A warm welcome with a nice coffee, a comfortable bed, a nice shower. The views from the room overlooking the green in Reeth and the hills beyond are an extra bonus. Donna, the host, is friendly and provided good recommendations about the area as well as a good cooked breakfast.

Rooms- wear and tear uncleanliness (old, stained upholstery, paint work, door/window frames/etc) The available wellness facility…similar to an old public swimming baths so didn’t use it. Would prefer more available access to resort spa and more reasonable costing

The staff were rude, always watching us during breakfast, hiding items when we arrived, and the breakfast was just cereal and pastries, no bacon or eggs or anything thats worth a tenner per person per day. The room needs a kettle, perhaps a little fridge to keep a little food in the room especially if they don't offer a dinning hall so guests can keep their own food.
