  It got very hot, in the apartment, could leave the window open at night down to traffic noise. Would have been good if had air con. Although not an apartment issue, there is a man hole cover on the road that was very annoying, as it resonated through the apartment when driven over.

  The staff and service was so slow. I had arranged prior to dinner for a plate to be made for my friend for her 30th birthday. I spoke to the servers 4 times during the meal asking if it could be sent out and was told I would have to continue to wait. I was really annoyed with this but accepted, we waited for another 30 mins after being there 2.5 hours in total before having to leave to make a booking in town. We did not receive the plate which was a shambles really.

  Kitchen poorly stocked with utensils. Fridge broken and missing shelves. Uneven floor. Scaffolding blocking view from all windows. Charged for 2 cleans but stayed continuously from 3/01/24 to 17/02/2024., I have emailed the property concerning this and they haven't bothered to reply. Rang your customer service and the person muttered something incomprehensible and hung up.
