  Friendly, helpful and courteous staff. Very comfortable room, beautifully appointed, complete with Nesspresso coffee machine. Plentiful breakfast with good selection of buffet hot and cold dishes. Great location, right opposite the train station.

  Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Evening meal excellent with fresh cooked pie and veg. Room was comfortable, clean and had bath and shower and views across open fields.

  The location was excellent right on the A1, rooms were on the back so it was quiet. But it was situated next to a garage and truck stop.

  That it was near two pubs and the scenery over Calderdale valley was exceptional

  Very dirty. Tea towel had bird poop on it. Watered down washing up liquid enough for one set of pots. 2 wine glasses one of which was cracked. Sofa had stains all over it. Black hairs in the bath and shower screen looked like it had never been cleaned. Residents rude and unfriendly. Paid a lot for a property which was very unclean and like the house that jack built
