This was the 2nd time we've stayed and again everything was perfect. Beautiful and very quiet village location Our room was nicely decorated and very clean. The bed lovely and comfortable, excellent powerful shower. Kettle, Coffee, variety of Teas and biscuits provided in our room. Plenty of options for breakfast. Highly recommend the cooked breakfast. It was delicious. Kerry and Viv are excellent hosts and helped us with their local knowledge so we could go on some lovely walks in the surrounding area. You don't even have to drive as there are plenty of circular walks starting from the B & B with the most stunning scenery and views. Will definately like to go back again, still plenty of places to explore. Thank you both

Excellent breakfast and the staff were all really nice. It is dog friendly and they kindly set up breakfast tables in the side room for dog owners. It's in a great location!

Probably needs a bit of updating and a deep clean but there's nothing wrong with it!

Lovely homely cottage. Very clean. Everything there you need. Location fab, lovely walk into Woodbridge. Good garden centre opposite and great pub next door.

Road noise. Unfortunately it is listed building so no double glazing. Thick curtains may help across the front door. Owners said they will try this.

Lovely place. Very peaceful and comfortable flat. We could walk up to Clifton village and we enjoyed the little courtyard with the water feature.

We loved the position of the hotel, in relation to the surrounding facilities. The entrance and bar area was excellent.

Thought the bedroom was a little bit cramped. But nothing really to bother about.

It’s a pretty old, small Manor House. Rooms are reasonable sized. Lots of parking. Very close to Kinver village.

WiFi didn’t work at all throughout the property. Electrical problems. Rooms are tired and not well maintained. It’s in the very much a 1990s style. There is no bar or restaurant although there is a restaurant nearby that is a short walk.

Menu was poor, clearly microwaved and expensive. Not much choice. Breakfast buffet was very disappointing. Only choice of two cereals, no yoghurts. When I was there no fruit. Limited considering it cost £12. Coffee machine was OK.
