Very central location on the high street in central Barmouth so within walking distance to everything. Ground floor so no steps/stairs. Sizeable apartment with seperate spaces. Quiet despite the central location. Booking manager was super helpful in advance with advice, directions, info on local area and car parking (a pass is left in the apartment which allows free parking at the big (main) car park by the beach/ prom.

Entrance is past a row of bins on an alley which isn’t the prettiest or cleanest. Think this is attracting flies into the property. Property needs a good spring clean and then will be great. Basic, limited frills so reasonable for the price.

Excellent, well equipped apartment. Very comfortable and cosy. Handy welcome pack on arrival, tea, coffee, sugar, milk etc. Also, a really useful and well thought out information pack. Superb location, walking distance to all the main facilities.

Great pre arrival information from Amanda and a wonderful location overlooking the fields. This is ideal for a couple as there's only one bedroom but the sofa bed works too. We loved the attention to detail.

The hotel was very nice, it was very clean the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was huge, we had dinner on one of the nights we were there and it was lovely.

There were no tissues in the bedroom and the replacement of tea and water was a bit haphazard.

No Bar Hand wash in an awkward position Strangers elastic band behind main door in the room and dust in the corner and on the top of the wardrobe. Difficulty in keeping the sash window open

Not so much as a chair in the room to sit on and there was clearly another bed in the room that was taken out - bed was a bit hard but overall you pay for what you get
