Very well positioned just ten minutes away from Waverly station and 200 yards from the airport service bus stop. 100 yards away a Sainsbury's supermarket and many bars and restaurants to choose from. Within 20 minutes on foot it was possible to be on the Royal Mile and up to the Castle. The rooms were modern and the bed pods comfortable and clean. It was also possible to cook and make drinks in the communal area on the ground floor.

It was difficult to access the building - there were no official admin staff on the premises as the main building was on the Royal Mile, and it was necessary to send a QR code reading to that office, which I found out only by chance with another guest as we hadn't received the email giving us instructions. It would be a good idea to have someone there, especially at times when guests have confirmed they would be arriving. The next time it will be easier!

Comfortable clean accommodation in a very quiet location, but only 10 mins drive approx from Beaumaris. Warm welcome from Tony and Geraldine...both very helpful during our 2 night stay. Fab breakfast. Close to coastal path, with a couple of paths immediately opposite the house.

Initially difficult to work out what to do when leaving but information now amended to make it clear. No clearing up of coffee/ tea tray after first day because no staff on site And confusion over which number to use to book in as it was not as indicated by the hotel

That I was given a disabled room as i came last and I had booked a doubke room. The tiles on the bathroom floor were stained they looked dirty. The lights round beds were damaged and live wire hanging out the rooms looked tired and basically needed attention. I feel been a large chain there is no personal service

Very hot bedroom. Air conditioning did not work and hotel said they did not have a fan available as an alternative to broken air conditioning.

There was marks all over the walls, stains on the bed, cracks in the ceiling, the deadbolt was broken in two rooms we were in, mould in the shower, staff were fed up, didn’t feel safe whatsoever, window didn’t close. Would never stay again.

Dust from fan everywhere, very noisy rooms - couldn’t sleep and poor customer service. The business accepted there was noise throughout the night, (contacted them throughout the night) however provided no compensation / refund and were defensive when responding saying ‘it’s advertised as a lively venue’ however I explained it is not advertised as a noisy room. I would never return to a place like this.
