Positive section of review
Very comfy bed. Hostess provided extra items: tea, milk, instant coffee, microwave. It was very quiet. Walking distance from Marylebone station, preferred, or Edgewater station. There were two buses to the city center right across the street, and two more a short distance away.

From a picture, I had expected a comfortable sofa or chair, There were two kitchen chairs at the table, and the bed to sit on. Top floor, 33 steps each way! Kitchen could have used a tea towel and a small can opener. Scarily slippery floor in very nice bathroom; no bathmat it shower stall.

we stayed here for two concerts in eventim. was 5min with public transport and also london city was close by. overall we enjoyed our room. just the sinks was a bit low and small but overall worth the money. we could store our luggage here while we waited for check-in times.

we stayed here during 2 warm days, so our room and the whole hallway were very hot. you can open your window in the evening/night to cool your room a bit. no elevator, so you have to take the stairs. we had no problem with that but if you have a lot of luggage, be prepared.

Room was spacious and large bathroom. Free minibar was a nice touch. Clean rooms, very close to embankment station and walking distance to all main attractions.

First check in attendant was dismissive. Mentioned he would call us when our room was ready, no call received. Second encounter with check in Jenny was lovely and very helpful. Windows had a great view of the London Eye but unfortunately were located 12 feet above the ground and not able to see out of. Curtains didn’t work properly to block out light. Poor ventilation in room. Bed was very hard and lumpy. Lifts had issues daily. 2/3 in operation. Very slow.

I don't like anything about it. So dirty and smelling. I couldn't even sleep there, I had to leave. It's given some horror movies feelings.

From the over dirty 80-year-old male receptionists wandering about and smelling of cigarettes. I just wish I could get my money back. I didn't spend 30 mins there.

There was no microwave oven. At least needed for people staying over for more than 2 nights. If you bought food, you couldn't finish from outside, one can't warm it the next day, nor could one refrigerate it. Fridges and microwave ovens are basics for a hotel.
