  speechless we liked everything .From start till the end. The managment responsive and coperative. The best part apart from facilities the location was quite and very peacfull. we visit bournmouth frequently it was the first place where we felt excellent worth everything.we will always be happy to stay here. we recommend all who want to visit the area try to get this place will never regret about stay. Thanks to managment for maintaining and facilitating exceptionally.

  Great location, lovely clean compact room, (it is small but we knew this on booking) with just enough space and everything we needed, great selection of complimentary hot drinks in the room that was topped up every day and even oat milk was provided, so pleased shampoo and body wash was provided as I forgot mine, this was topped up daily too.

  The bed was quite hard and due to the location of the bed against the wall it was hard to tuck in the bed sheets and they kept coming untucked throughout the night. When checking if we’d left anything under the bed it was thick with dust but other than that immaculate.

  Great little cottage so close to Ballater centre. Easy to park. Wonderful walks from the doorstep. Small but packs everything you need.

  The allocated room was on the first floor. WiFi was easy to access. There was an iron and ironing board in the room.

  The window to the room wouldn't stay open and it was very warm. No fan was available. The bed was the worse I've ever slept on in a hotel. There was no breakfast option on the premises. Lack of parking available. The toilet was 6" from the bathroom door..

  Room needs renovating, kettle didn’t work, couldn’t open 1 window as handle was missing, curtains were extremely damaged with holes in them. Bar was crowded with funeral party and not sufficiently staffed to cope with the numbers and no where to sit. Ended up with receptionist getting us a glass of wine which we had to drink in our room
