Great location just outside of the city centre. Really comfortable room. It was clean and cosy with everything you'd need. Bathroom was spacious, clean and warm. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A little noise from the road and occasionally from other rooms. Earplugs for sleeping was all that was needed. Easy fixed.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The dinner and breakfast were lovely. Bed was big size and comfortable. Outside are lovely gardens perfect for summer time drinks and socialising.

Squeaky floor in the room above. Really impacted on our stay. Make sure to ask not to be in a room with this problem. It is quite an old building, but this was not good.

it was clean and the kitchenette was well equipped. A car parking space was reserved. An outside patio eating area Was available. A heated towel rail provided in the bathroom.

Only 4 teabags provided. Need to replace the small bath towels with bath sheets. Difficult to lock front security door.

The breakfast was in the downstairs restaurant. You could order from a menu but food was only standard- nothing special.

The room was small and looked very tired. The bathroom was nicely updated but the room was a bit tatty. The bed was too soft and broken.
