The hotel is very well located in the West End close to loads of cute wee cafes, bars, restaurants and good public transport. Our room was clean. We didn't pay for the breakfast so I'm not sure how that is (as it was already quite pricey)

Booked in at 5pm, then we to the restaurant to make evening meal reservation. Was told that there was nothing until 8:30pm as fully booked. When seated, there was approx. 12 free tables at that time that had been cleared & relayed, ready for next sitting, so no way were they fully booked at the time given. Only 3 staff on hand to cover front of house & all bar/food orders Food didn't arrive until after 9pm!

The toilet in our bathroom did not flush. The dinner in the Linden room was disastrous. The dinner menu bore no resemblance to the one shown pn the website. 3 of my guests were unable to eat their main platter. The dirt and cobwebs around the air conditioning unit above our table were unsightly, unhygienic and provoked comments from my American guests. Insufficient staff. The bar staff were unable to provide any cocktails. The hotel rooms were tired. Outside the tables were not cleared for many hours after previous occupants departe. I paid for 3 rooms and would not return.

The location is excellent.

The hotel room was dirty. It was noisy. There was water damage on the ceiling. The bedside lampshade had liquid stains all over it. There was no food available, apart from breakfast. There were hardly any staff on duty. Was not able to charge bar purchases to my room.

The bed provided was not as same mentioned on website. The chairbed was broken and i had to sleep on floor. Staff did not replace the broken chair bed. The chair bed is so tiny for an adult. A broken bed is not appropriate for any person be a kid or an adult. They charged us complete amount. No refund was given. No bedding was provided in the room we had to call the staff at 11 pm to get the bedding. We had to fetch water from the staff at 11pm as apparently tea and coffee is provided but water is not provided.
