Not of standard, the food need to be cooked properly eg eggs, it was running. The food especially the sausages need to be season and cooked properly. Also hair was found in the food The room located 123, it felt like water was flowing all night, when you enter the room smells because the main drain runs withing the room so it smells. Facilities need to look into that all our of the night water flowing and could not get a decent night sleep

Everything’s good, but seems staff was initially reluctant to check in us the suite we booked and were insisting to take different rooms with a reason that it’s unavailable due to maintenance. When we declined the rooms, suddenly the suite we booked became available. Also some of the younger staff seems disinterested in doing their job.

The property was in a brilliant location in the centre of Clitheroe, overlooking the market and within a few minutes walk of all the shops and restaurants! The apartment was an extremely clean and well equipped with everything and a lovely welcome pack of goodies! Excellent!
