Everything was fantastic. This is my new favourite place to escape to. The staff are so friendly and will go out of their way to accommodate you in whatever you need. The bed was so comfortable and the rooms decorated beautifully with some free extra touches that make you feel special. The corner rooms have great views across the river, the rooms on the side overlook the inland harbour which is currently under repairs along its walls at the moment so no boats or water in it. Massive portions for breakfast, I couldn't finish it which broke my heart as the food is wonderfully tasty. I can't wait to come back. Lots of other lovely restaurants close by. All in all a great place to go for a foodie weekend.

The guy who checked me in came out and helped me locate the car park & took me to cavendish block, where my room was room was basic - no TV but comfortable - decent bed & shower breakfast was basic but again very good with hot food available to order car park was private and I was able to leave my car for a couple of hours after checking out came back and had a nice lunch everything was spot on, good price and although I was sceptical when I saw it was church army, I couldnt fault anything

Loved that it was dog friendly and had a we gift for my dog. Stunning view/location. Breakfast was amazing! I could also see they're in the process of building a sauna and hot tub which will really elevate what they have with the spa. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. My dog felt like a celebrity trotting down the halls and having doors open for her

Dinner was quite expensive however for the portions you got and I thought it was a bit regrettable that there was no dog menu even like sausages for them to have. Some dog blankets for use in the restaurant would be nice as well as I've seen that in some other dog friendly establishments.

This property was amazing, we had a great stay in Bath. The apartment was clean and in a perfect location close to the town centre. The host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this place

The facility and amenities. The wife loves the interior and furniture inside, tip-top condition and modern!

Adjusting the temperature inside the property was a bit hard, and the construction works at the moment were blocking our view, and our access to the balcony was annoying, though at the very least

Rooms were basic and not the cleanest. First room toilet seat broken and shower curtain not clean. Second room tv didn’t work no coffee. Breakfast said continental came free with full breakfast but only toast no muffins or pastry
