Location was great for gatwick. We arrived quiet late so we're able to get our own key and check in and out so did not actually meet any staff. The beds were comfortable, bottled water in the room was a nice touch too.

Was a all good apart from the man running it i suffer from insomnia schizophrenia and they did not make me feel welcome they should be embarrassed for themselves and they stole my charger for my laptop I highly recommend you do not stay at this place when I questioned him he said the building managers always right I thought the customer was always right

I’m sorry to say that the property was filthy and looked nothing like the photos provided. I assume that the pictures used on booking.com are of a specific room rather than being a true reflection of the property. It was dark, the rooms were incredibly small and it was dirty. If I didn’t have pressing business in the area I would have moved elsewhere, however I didn’t have the immediate funds to do so. I have been in premier inns that have been cheaper, cleaner and that also came with breakfast. I have no complaints regarding the staff, as I didn’t see any. However, I do feel that the property is misrepresented on booking.com and that the full place requires maintenance and a thorough deep clean. I have attached photos of some of the dirt and marks throughout.
