  The apartment was very clean and well equipped. I didn't really do any cooking, but I could have done Smart minimalist decor, no clutter Excellent location just off the main square with many shops, pubs and restaurants a few minutes' walk away You can park on the street outside for free

  Irritating and very loud buzzing is audible from the air conditioning unit of the neighbouring restaurant-fortunately they turn it off at night Windows can't be opened The bathroom could be more user-friendly-it would not be difficult to put a hook on the back of the door and some kind of shelf in the shower I could not find a hairdryer The taps are beautiful, but however careful you are, they will squirt water at you

  I booked the wrong night and they were so gracious and thankfully able to accommodate us with no fuss at all. The room was beautiful, light, clean.

  We were unable to use the restaurant and bar as priority was given to a coach party. ( We should have been notified prior to this!) The owner, Mr Skinner, was rude and grumpy, he was in the breakfast and did not acknowledge any guest! Our room was dirty. We dead insects on the windowsill. Kettle had tea marks on it not cleaned. Curtains were unable to be drawn as not long enough for the window, so we put a chair and a bottle against them to try and keep them closed.. I wiped a drop of milk up that I splashed, and the dirt on the tissue was disgusting. Had to ask for toilet roll, milk, and sugar, as only enough for one guest, and we were staying for 2 nights. The reception staff were very friendly, but we went to see them one morning at 11am, and it was all closed up with an emergency number to call! I have taken photo's of the above.
