  I had a fantastic stay at The Royale Chulan Hyde Park Hotel. It was clean, quiet and a great location. But what really impressed me was the friendly warmth and professionalism of the staff. Across the board every person that works there is kind, honest and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

  Loved this hotel, one of the nicest I’ve stayed in. Restaurant was amazing and cocktails were incredible. Haven’t got a bad word to say. Close to the theatre and also the seafront.

  Lovely location for my needs. Very comfortable room with bar and restraunt on location. Comfortable bed even though it was a single. Great shower pressure and views were stunning.

  The noise from the kitchen below was a bit disturbing and the room was very light. If you want to go to bed early they need black out blinds. Breakfast was bland

  Loved the walks and the Lakes and for our weekend was quiet. Facilities were lovely and excellent for us dog owners. Nice to see plenty of waste bins around the site.

  Closeness to Aberlour distillery. Beer garden.

  Room needed decorating. Chair in room broken. Taps in bathroom complicated and either red hot or cold. Breakfast not included. Eggshell in scrambled egg. Coffee machine in breakfast room not working and when fixed very slow. Undercooked chicken in evening meal Lots of stairs.
