      The reception, the location both great. All the staff were wonderful. Bed was very comfortable & the hotel was quiet. The sea view amazing. Nice bar areas.

      The room (102) - everything looks tired & is in need of a refresh. Rotting window frames. Brown furniture & dated curtains & sofa, stained bedside tables. Not properly cleaned either I had to dust several surfaces & there were bottle marks in one corner of the bath. I hated the shower which is an over bath shower with a fantastic looking monsoon shower head but get this - the shower controls are OUTSIDE the shower on the wall. So you take your glasses off to get in the shower then you can’t read the controls! The shower curtain sticks to your wet body & you have to pull it back to reach the controls. All whilst trying not to slip in the curvy sided bathtub. Lethal to my 65 year old person! The plug didn’t work either so couldn’t opt to take a safer bath. The Spa was a great disappointment too. I have never been in one where the pool, jacuzzi, steam room etc were on so many different levels accessed by so many slippery wet stairs! Again lethal to anyone with mobility issues. The hotel should warn people. We had hoped to use it a lot but it wasn’t worth the hard work & effort. Not relaxing at all.

      The staff was really nice and really helpful, the bed were comfortable and the overall place was clean

      It’s clear that this property opened in a rush to comply with the demands due due to The Eras Tour happening at time during our stay, there was no wifi, no place to plug our charger (tho it was arranged with an extension later) no lights near the beds, no toilet papers most of the time, the shower were always cold and there was clear signs of unfinished works in the hallway, this place has potential but it should’ve opened way later
