The perfect stay. This place is special. Stay at the bar room at sunset. It is difficult to describe, and maybe one shouldn't try to do so. If you are traveling alone and need to do some soul searching this is for you. Hosts are decent, warm, welcoming and friendly. I guess I kind of have fallen in love with this place. Hopefully I will be able to return someday soon.

The staff service, proximity to city and transport. The Kensington outside garden restaurant was a touch of luxury. The concierge service was a nod to how hotels used to be and made the stay more pleasant. My luggage was able to be stored after check out for free.

Not as clean as the hotel promotes. The spa in the health centre was out of service. The lockers were broken in the change rooms. The lobby furniture could use a good steam clean or update.

We were able to park close to the hotel, we loved seeing the wildlife and the beautiful water features, the hotel was well presented, good transport links and close onsite activities, staff were welcoming, really helpful and efficient, and ensured our needs were met.

The toilet didn’t always flush well, noticeable staining on the divan, and the key card often didn't work.

Breakfast is great. With a two nigjt stay . Maybe a pint of milk Some water in the fridge awaiting your guest. Thr milk portion ok for one brew . And it's a long walk up and down the stairs . Obviously my preference

Walls are thin and so you have to be quiet in order to not wake up someone else. But that’s ok. The big deal is that the room’s door hasn’t a lock.

No ventilation, no knives, or can opener, no bath mat and mirror was on the sink not the wall. Bath was slippy. No washing sponges or liquids, towels were brand new so threads were coming off when being used. Walls too thin could here everyone walking in and out of doors till early hours of the morning
