The property was modern & in a perfect location for scenery. 30 minute walk into the town centre with two reasonably priced pubs for lunch & of course a couple of cheeky beers. The fish tank was a lovely touch to make this different to our usual. couldn’t ask for much more regarding facilities all you need is on hand with a little breakfast tray to save pennies in the morning. We visited the fairy well waterfall which was lovely and had a bite to eat and coffee. This is a great place if you are not wanting a party night out and relaxation. The owners were very helpful when asking questions and even let us park up at the property prior to our check in to start our trip early.

A scaffolding company share the same plot as the lodges which we heard loading vans in morning and dogs behind the property early hours our only grumble.

3rd or 4th time staying here, my go to location when in Liverpool, excellent value for money and the staff are fantastic. Rooms are always very well cleaned and there is never any issues with noise.

the keys to the room and lift were not working so l kept going back to the reception. i didn't like, that, i have to pay full payment for the parking. most hotel, do give free parking of a discount price.

The room needed to be cleaned. The sink, carpet and bed showed evidence that they had not been cleaned before my arrival or even for a fair few days before.
