Great location. Very comfortable bed. Room was a good size for central London. Staff were polite.

Check in is very strange and unwelcoming. It was not made clear that there was a nice restaurant and bar attached to the hotel. We found it by chance as we were leaving. Towels were removed on day 1 and not replaced. Phone in room didn’t work to contact reception on housekeeping.

We have been there loads of times, great location clean.

The room we stayed 86 was very dated, the shower handles was broken and there was empty toiletries in the bathroom. The room was very very warm and very noisy because the staff outside were doing the linen. The service in the dining room was very slow and people were moaning. We didn’t have a table ready on the day we arrived we had to wait and there was only 2 of us.

Food was poor, breakfast was basically anything deep fried Lunch/evening menu was poor - again anything deep fried or a dried up carvery Hallways smelt fusty Staff misgendered me on numerous times and that’s just plain rude Management absolutely useless. Terrible attitude & unhelpful in an emergency. No lift to first floor No room service
