Nice and quiet beautiful hotel on the hill with very nice view from window. Many parking spaces in front of the hotel. Private entry for guests with places to seat outside and enjoy warm weather. Spacious and clean room with TV and WiFi, big shower, proper made furniture, comforatble bed. Hotel's owner was very welcoming. Breakfast tasty and fresh, quickly served , good athmosphere in ths dining room.

Property allows you to leave bag in a luggage rooms. One of them has 3different size lockers you can pay small fee and be Sure your stuff is safe :) Clean bedding and shower gel in a bathroom. All beds have curtains for privacy. Friendly staff. Can rent a hair dryer.

The hotel has a really nice location. We only stayed for a night so we didn’t have enough time to explore everything but the room was nice and the bed super comfortable. The bathroom was new and very clean. I would totally recommend and would stay again

There could be better noise cancellation but it was a Saturday night after all. Also I would appreciate if hair conditioner was provided as well. The hair dryer wasn’t the best. Very minor problems really.

1. The TV did not work(the radio did) 2. The shower cubicle was very small, without any shelves. So all of the shower washing materials had to be placed on the floor. You then had to open the door to bend down and pick them up. 3.Sadly I have a disability and use a stick as one of my legs has been amputated. We were put in a sister site, which involved walking down one set of stairs, which were not lit, across a courtyard and up another flight of stairs to our room. 4. Only one bedside table in the room, so everything had to go on the floor. (Watch, phone, drink, jewellery, and no second lamp) 5. There was no dressing table, or table of any description to put things on, which meant we had to use the window cill. 6. Every door had a key lock, which we thought was excessive.

No view as advertised, dusty/dirty around the rooms, general public using the alley way as a toilet at night below our bedroom window and the only entrance to the rooms.

Bedroom was very noisy, earplugs were on bedside table on arrival, but not effective as bar below was very noisy, and above an alleyway with noisy revellers up to 3am!

Everything from the moment we arrived to the morning we left, the hotel is run down, the attitude the staff was terrible and the breakfast was awful, we arrived into our shoebox sized (Loch view) room, I tried to go on the WiFi it didn’t work, we unpacked and went down stairs, and questioned the lady in the reception about the WiFi I was told she had it ok, but I asked about the room as it didn’t work, and her reply was “what do you want me to do about it?” Terrible attitude to something that should be standard in a room these days. There was dampness and a sunken floor in the toilet/shower room. The room telephone didn’t work and when I pulled the plug for the tv out to use for my phone charger the pin for the plug was broken inside the socket. We went for breakfast that we paid for over and above the room rate and at 09.30am (peak time for the guests to have breakfast) and there was no hot food in the urns, we asked for the food to be replenished and it took over 20 mins to get more hot food out, our overall experience was I will never go back to a hotel we have stayed in several times over years but it needs a major refurbishment if I was to go back.
