The location was great, peaceful. The rooms were large and had a supply of books and a fridge with fresh milk to make a hot drink. Instant hot water. The breakfast room also had a sofa and TV should you not wish to stay in your room, along with a microwave. Plates etc were also available if you wished to order in a Take-away. The breakfast was excellent, one of the best I've had. There was a wide variety of cereals and yoghurts, fresh orange juice, porridge, toast with homemade preserves and a freshly cooked breakfast to order with eggs from the chickens in the garden.

Loved the furnishings ,decor, staff,and breakfasts. Staff were very friendly ,attentive,warm and helpful.Lovely decorated lounge area,very tastefully done. Liked how you could tick a list to request anything you needed topping up within your room. Breakfast was freshly cooked😃

Small room and small confined shower space,especially for my husband . We did not manage to secure one of the four on site carparking spaces. We parked about 5 mins away. This was not a problem for us but might be for someone else,especially in the height of the season.

The facilities were excellent, and the views spectacular! We took a disabled lady with us and it was perfect for her. All her needs were met and more. The location was perfect for us and we all had a fabulous time! Will be recommending to everyone.

Lovely room and comfortable bed. Excellent system of free still and sparkling water via filling personal carafe at lift. I am a regular guest and the hotel is becoming greener with a lighter footfall.

Confusion about my booking at check in and check out. I had made my booking through Booking.com and a mysterious second booking in my name had also been made through the hotel’s website. This took some time to resolve at check in. I was told it had been sorted but it arose again at check out. I was charged £125 as an addition at check in for breakfast and as a deposit but am still waiting for this to be refunded to me and have had to email the hotel.

We were instructed to a wrong address we received from email. It was horendous narrow road and fortunately we decided to go back and just follow Eden Project's postcode.I mentioned to the staff but seems not aware. Parking is just too far from the pod, it was a struggle when you have to carry heavy belongings. The landpod we stayed has no light outside, so we can't enjoy staying late. The staffs should ensure their facilities are all working well before letting customers stay on the venue.
