Perfect location. The cottage has everything you need for a lovely relaxing break. Having a small courtyard with table and chairs was a bonus. Free parking a few minutes walk away. Communication with the owners was excellent.

The only negative issue was the stairs. If anyone has mobility problems the stairs up to the bedrooms could prove to be an issue, especially as the bathroom is on the ground floor. The hand rail is made of rope which is in keeping with the cottage.

Lovely spacious room with freestanding bath in the room. Would be great to have had a small table and chairs to sit with a coffee and enjoy the views over high street. Large bathroom with shower. Delicious breakfast.

To be honest although room was clean and nice enough looking it was a weird set up. Trying to locate bedroom was sort of like being in a maze, never knowing which way you were going.

Difficulty getting upstairs with luggage and getting throw security was very difficult. We thought the security was a bit overboard. Didn't see a staff member the two nights we were there. Breakfast was continental style and left on trays on your bed, yet there was a dining room downstairs with plenty of space!! Why anyone would be given Golden syrup flavored porridge in a pottle is beyond me!!

It was out of the town centre 20 min walk..better to have got a taxi....its latched on to a pub but the food was very good...
